Ms.Hiba Saad is anOccupational Therapistat ACPNDubai.She holds a Bachelor’s andMaster’s degree in Clinical Psychologyfrom Saint Joseph University of Beirut, alongside aBachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapyfrom the Lebanese University.Ms. Saadis certified in multiple evidence-based approaches including the CO-OP Approach, Handwriting Without Tears, the Alert Program for Self-Regulation, DIRFloortime, and Occupational Performance Coaching. She has also undergone advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and is currently pursuing certification in the Polyvagal Theory.She isalicensedOT in Lebanonand the UAE’s DHA.

With over nine years of experience, Ms. Saadworked across clinical, educational, and community-based settings in Lebanon and the UAE. She delivered occupational therapy services in hospitals, private clinics, schools, and mental health programs, supporting individuals across the lifespan. In addition to her clinical practice, she contributed academically as a university lecturer and clinical supervisor, delivering courses and practical training inpediatricand mental health occupational therapy.Ms. Saadservedas founder and president of the Emirates Occupational Therapy Working Group under the Emirates Medical Association, contributingto localchaptersand global professional networks.

Ms. Saadspecializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals—children, adolescents, and adults—withAutism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, anxiety, and learning difficultiesby focusing onexecutive functioning, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. She integrates her psychological and occupational therapy expertisethrough aclient-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsiveapproach, enablingindividuals and families to achieve meaningful participation across home, school, work, and community.
