Witha broad range of experience acrossmental health, pediatric care, vocational rehabilitation, and geriatric therapy, Ms. AllieworkedinSouth Africa’spublic, private, and corporate healthcaresettingssince2020. She began her professional journey at Witbank Provincial Hospital, with rotationthrough internal medicine, psychiatry, orthopedics, and pediatric wards, delivering both inpatient and outpatient therapy. She later led the Occupational Therapy Department at Livewell Dementia Care Group, an inpatient psychiatric and geriatric facility, deliveringpersonalized therapeutic programs for patients with dementia and psychiatric conditions.She has a strong understanding ofclinicaladministrationprotocolsowing to her background in medicaland disabilityclaims, where she combinedher clinicalexpertisewith policy understanding to assessher clients’functionalabilityand readiness to return to work. Her experience also includes hands-on community fieldwork, pediatric developmental therapy, neurological rehabilitation, mental health interventions, and work readiness assessments
