Nour Al Chami

Ms. Nour Al Chami is a Speech and Language Therapist at ACPN Abu Dhabi. She holds a master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, Lebanon, which she earned in 2019. She is also certified in the Hanen Center’s “It Takes Two to Talk” program (2022), equipping parents with practical strategies to foster their children’s language development. Licensed as an SLT with Abu Dhabi’s DoH, she delivers multilingual speech therapy sessions in Arabic, English, and French.

With over 7 years of clinical experience, Ms. Al Chami has worked across various settings including clinical and educational centers in Lebanon and the UAE. Her early career in Lebanon saw her in varied positions working in special education and therapy centers for children providing screenings, assessments, IEP, individual and group SLT sessions for children with social communication difficulties, oral language delay, articulation problems and phonological difficulties, learning difficulties, attention deficit disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and genetical disorder. Moving to Abu Dhabi in 2021, she worked at KidsFirst Medical Center conducting detailed assessments and tailored therapy plans to address each child’s unique needs.

Ms. Al Chami specializes in pediatric speech and language therapy, focusing on helping children become effective communicators in their social and academic environments. Her expertise spans oral language delays and disorders, childhood disorders affecting speech and language (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome), auditory processing disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, fluency disorders such as stuttering, childhood apraxia of speech, and complex communication disorders. Ms. Al Chami strives to create a supportive and nurturing environment for children to thrive and achieve greater self-confidence.
