About Dr. Salma Sadaka
Dr. Salma Sadaka is a Clinical Psychologist at ACPN. She completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Caen, France in 2018; with her master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Balamand, Lebanon, in 2011. Holding licenses from both the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi, and the Ministry of Health in Lebanon, Dr. Sadaka is an authorized psychology practitioner and a registered member of the Lebanese Order of Psychologists.
Dr. Sadaka has over twelve years of experience as a psychologist and psychotherapist in private institutions, NGOs, and rehabilitation centers in Lebanon. Throughout her professional journey, she has adeptly delivered services including counseling, psychological assessments, and analytical psychotherapy. Her approach has benefited diverse clientele ranging from children, teenagers, to adults hailing from various nations and backgrounds and presenting an array of mental health needs and challenges. Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Sadaka provides supervision to psychology students as well as professional development on pertinent mental health topics. As an academician, she held the role of psychology instructor at Antonine University in Lebanon.
Dr. Sadaka’s areas of expertise encompass a wide range of domains including bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, PTSD, OCD, psychosomatic disorders, personality disorders, sexual disorders, conduct and behavioral disorders, eating disorders, substance addiction, relational challenges, stress, and burnout.
